FHC China 2026

FHC Shanghai Global Food Trade Show, jointly organized by Shanghai Restaurants Cuisine Association and Shanghai Sinoexpo Informa Markets International Exhibition Co., Ltd., and co-organized by China Chamber of Commerce of Import and Export of Foodstuffs, Native Produce and Animal By-Products (CFNA) and All China Bakery Association, has successfully held its 28th edition.
Looking back at the previous FHC Shanghai Global Food Trade Show, a total of 173,143 professional visitors from home and abroad participated, including importers, distributors, agents, supermarkets and convenience stores, new retail, hotels, catering, coffee and beverage industries, baking and desserts, chain and other industry segments.
As one of the most influential professional exhibitions in the food and beverage industry, FHC has successfully held 28 editions, serving over one million professional buyers and becoming the “preferred stepping stone” for international exhibitors to enter and expand the Chinese market.
At the same time, it is also a professional platform for local enterprises and local characteristic products to understand overseas international trade and seek international markets.
