Airport Show & Global Airport Leaders Forum 2025
Dubai World Trade Centre

Airport Show & Global Airport Leaders Forum.
The Airport Show is the world’s largest annual airport exhibition and in 2025 – the show’s 24th edition– the main event theme is ‘The Future Passenger Experience’.
This reflects the fact that technology is changing fast. Today’s passengers demand the very best connectivity, a seamless journey and more entertainment than ever before. In this ever evolvong world, airports and airlines need to keep ahead, and make the best possible use of the latest technologies.
With this in mind, the Airport Show 2025 will showcase relevant solutions and ideas from more than 350 leading airport companies and bring together over 8,500 aviation professionals and policy makers.
Taking place alongside the show is the Global Airport Leaders Forum (GALF), a complementary knowledge-sharing forum attracting 1,000 delegates, and featuring 65 speakers and 12 panel discussions.
This year, GALF will have four main tracks. Two of these – the ATC Forum and Airport Security – will feature for the third time, while the Future GSE Summit and Airport Passengers’ Experience will be new to this year.
Each has a dedicated, practical focus, invaluable for those in the sector. The ATC Forum, for example, connects air traffic service providers with top level decision-makers from ANSPs, airports, civil aviation authorities and governments to discuss new solutions to ongoing challenges. Similarly, the Airport Security track is a chance for vendors from all security segments to present innovative solutions for securing airports against threats, without impacting operations.
